DIRECTIONS

From I-295, exit on Franklin Street. Turn west (right) onto Middle Street and 121 MIDDLE will be the third building on your right.

Look for the small 121 address locator in the center of the building and head up the stairs to the main building entrance.   You may need to use your key to access the building.

Note: In this historic building, the front entrance of the building is only accessible by stairs.  For access to the building via ramp, please use the back entryway by following the path on the right side of the building.

To reach your residence, travel up to the elevator and find your assigned residence number.  The first number in your room designates the floor number.

PARKING

Our historic building was built in the late 1800s and does not have on-site parking.

We have found the most convenient option for parking is at the Cumberland County Parking Garage.  This secure garage is located directly adjacent to our building.

Other parking options are available in the area, including street parking.

ACCESSING YOUR KEY

To access your residence, you will need to download Flexipass to your mobile device.  We choose this app for its ease of use: Enter the code into the Flexipass app and viola a digital key with your room number is instantly available.

  • Guests may check-in between 4pm and 6pm each day, although many times residences are available prior to this window.
  • An email with your key code will be sent as soon as your residence is fully cleaned and inspected by our team on your arrival date.
  • Should you be arriving after 6 pm, be sure to download the FLEXIPASS app and claim your key prior to your arrival into Portland.
  • Additional key codes are available for registered guests.   Just send us a quick message with their name, phone number, and email address.

WIFI and STREAMING TELEVISIONS

Use your favorite streaming service directly from your device. Just follow the on screen instructions to connect, then cast from your favorite apps to any TV in your residence.
